Guidelines and recommendations, which have been formulated by Subcommittees 1 and 2 of RILEM TC 107, are reported. These guidelines reflect the recent advances in experimental and theoretical research. They are formulated with computer analysis in mind and with a view rewards the increased long term safety and durability of concrete structures.
