A research on Alfatoxin M1 occurrence in milk and cheese was carried out. Aflatoxin M1 was found in 10% of pasteurized and in 20% of sterile milks, with 0,1-0,2 ug/Kg contents, and in 50% and 40%, respectively, of cream and "Erborinato" cheese. Only in two samples Aflatoxin M1 contents between 0-9-1,1 ug/Kg were determined.
