Abstract
In this paper a novel current-mode CMOS circuit which uses transistors biased in weak inversion regime is suggested. This circuit is used to implement membership functions with the constraint of orthogonality. An IC has been realized in a 0.8 μm CMOS technology and experimental measurements have been carried out on this prototype.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
