Time flies and I am excited to write this Editorial to share with you a few important highlights of the IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems (TNNLS). We have enjoyed another very successful year for the journal in many aspects. • The latest impact factor of TNNLS is 6.108 according to the Journal Citation Reports. This marks a historical high impact factor for our journal and places TNNLS as the number three scholarly publication in Computer Science (Hardware & Architecture), number three in Computer Science (Theory & Methods), and number 15 in all Electrical and Electronic Engineering journals. • The number of submissions in the past year reached the 1400 mark, another historical high in terms of manuscript submissions. This is another strong indicator of a healthy and continuous growth of the journal and the community. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all our editorial board members and reviewers for all their dedicated hard work and service to the journal to ensure a timely and comprehensive review of each and every submission to keep the highest quality of the journal. Abstract
