The research project aims to investigate issues concerning environmental sustainability passing through the urban regeneration arriving to face up with dynamics related the mobility and a conscious development of our territory. The urban regeneration it is here agreed as vision to toward a city development in opposition to the abuse of the soil, social energy catalysed for the reuse of existing heritage. The main objectives of the research are the study of the methods that lead to an improvement in public health, economic increase, social inclusion, a quality of life thus a crucial playing role in shaping the urban landscape and promoting more cohesive, resilient and human cities. A sustainable city is a model of organization right to makes spaces more efficient, liveable, and integrated with each other, this method promotes environmental sustainability, the protection of biodiversity, and economic growth, where its capacity depends on the collaboration, between public administration, citizens, and law enforcement.
