La comunicazione del rischio: una sfida intergenerazionale

This study intends to investigate methods and means of communication adopted during the period of the Covid-19 pandemic. The aim is to highlight the influence of culture and current trends in the choice of the type (means and format) of communication. The most problematic aspect of emergency communication concerns the involvement of individuals in a community and how to make them aware of their own responsibility of their personal health and safety. Observing how a) communication of Institutions, b) available means of communication, c) generational cohort interact, it can be deduced that an interdisciplinary approach is necessary for effective risk communication, which differs in communication and narrative style as the end users differ.
