The work, moving from a recent order of the Civil Tribunal of Trani, aims to examine some issues related to the protection of minors in the digital age, with specific reference to the phenomenon, now widespread, of parents sharing online content potentially harmful to the interest of child. In particular, the note focuses on the protection of minors in Italian legal system and on the role of the consent of the holders of parental responsibility to the publication of posts on social network platforms, as well as on the identification of the most appropriate remedies to ensure the protection of the most vulnerable human person.
