The essay analyses lights and shadows of amendments to the electoral law of Marche Region enacted in 2019. In particular, regional Council changed the rules related to gender equality and majority bonus. Finally, incompatibility was introduced for the members of Regional Cabinet and Councillors. From this aspect, a modification of the Statute has been necessary about the repeal of the maximum number of external members of the Cabinet.

Abstract
