The paper presents a 3-D reverberation chamber simulation. An optimized FDTD numerical code runs accounting for the presence of two stirrers in the chamber. A real log-periodic antenna is modeled as field source. Stirrer rotations are also included by a proper parallelization of the code. The chamber electric field is computed within a defined working volume when one, two or three stirrers rotate. In the case of multiple stirrers both synchronized and interleaved moving modality are analyzed. Field uniformity is computed in the working volume according the IEC standard procedure.

Abstract
The paper presents a 3-D reverberation chamber simulation. An optimized FDTD numerical code runs accounting for the presence of two stirrers in the chamber. A real log-periodic antenna is modeled as field source. Stirrer rotations are also included by a proper parallelization of the code. The chamber electric field is computed within a defined working volume when one, two or three stirrers rotate. In the case of multiple stirrers both synchronized and interleaved moving modality are analyzed. Field uniformity is computed in the working volume according the IEC standard procedure.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
