Prospettive di cambiamento organizzativo: l’esperienza di una rete territoriale di cura e assistenza

This ebook investigates organizational change within a territorial network of care and assistance, focusing on a research-intervention project conducted for the Lega del Filo d’Oro. Adopting a processual conception of organization, it analyzes coordination, control, and decision-making across a complex system of residential centers and territorial services. Drawing on interviews and focus groups with key stakeholders, it highlights tensions between centralization and differentiation, formal procedures and local autonomy, and vertical and horizontal coordination. It also addresses issues related to interprofessional relations, distributed decision-making processes, and the role of digital technologies in supporting service delivery and network integration. The discussion highlights the need to focus on the subjects’ decision and action processes to understand the nature and direction of organizational change.
