This paper investigates the complex relationship between Human Resource Management (HRM) practices and Disability Management (DM), aiming to understand how organizations can enhance inclusion and equity for people with disabilities. Drawing on a combined bibliometric and topic modeling analysis of 106 peer-reviewed publications, the study maps the main research areas and identifies key conceptual linkages between HRM and DM. Building on these insights, the paper proposes an interpretative framework grounded in Sustainable Human Resource Management (Su-HRM), which integrates ethical, social, and long-term perspectives into HRM practices. The findings suggest that sustainability-oriented HRM can foster inclusive organizational cultures, improve employability and well-being of employees with disabilities, and contribute to broader social and economic sustainability goals. The paper concludes by outlining future research directions aimed at advancing the integration of Su-HRM principles into disability-inclusive organizational strategies.

Abstract
The paper concludes by outlining future research directions aimed at advancing the integration of Su-HRM principles into disability-inclusive organizational strategies.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
