Blockchain technology has emerged as a foundational platform for decentralized applications (dApps) and digital identity management. However, the fragmentation of blockchain ecosystems poses significant challenges for seamless asset management and secure interoperability across heterogeneous networks. This study introduces a Universal Cross-Chain Oracle Wallet, a novel off-chain framework designed to unify wallet functionality while ensuring the trustworthiness and integrity of user assets across multiple blockchain environments. Focusing on interoperability between Ethereum and Avalanche testnets, the proposed framework facilitates secure cross-chain transactions by integrating oracle-driven token locking, proof generation, and minting mechanisms, and enabling secure and efficient cross-chain asset transfers without centralized bridges. Results demonstrate the wallet's capability to reliably handle complex edge cases and maintain security guarantees during cross-chain interactions. This work represents a significant step toward practical, trust-enabled multi-chain asset management, achieving decentralization and efficiency without relying on trusted intermediaries or heavyweight consensus integration.
