Introduction (Resilient Landscapes: Post-crisis Local Development and Sustainable Society)

In recent years, resilient districts have become territorial contexts for projects designed to respond to the needs of local communities, through the exploitation of landscape peculiarities to overcome the economic crisis. This volume offers a comprehensive insight on sustainable development of local territories. It recommends the planning of local interventions through the integration of sustainable development with resilience of local systems.
