In the landscape of Industry 5.0, Internet of Ev-erything (IoE) networks are emerging as crucial components for connecting diverse industrial sensors and devices, going beyond the typical Internet of Things (IoT) boundaries to include people, processes, and data. This expanded scope brings forth unprece-dented opportunities for enhanced collaboration and efficiency in industrial settings. On the other hand, due to the need to integrate disparate and heterogeneous devices and data sources, it also introduces both technical and semantic interoperability challenges for meaningful and shared data interpretation and exchange. This paper outlines an architecture for gathering and monitoring semantic data streams in IoE environments, which addresses semantic interoperability through an integrated representation of sensor metadata, locations, preferences, right accesses, tasks and responsibilities in an Enterprise Knowledge Graph. Developed within the HOMEY project, the approach enables dynamic stream monitoring, data querying and exploration, and aims to lay the groundwork for a robust industrial human-centric framework supporting IoE applications.
