Abstract
The reconfigurable intelligent surface (RIS) represents a key element in smart radio environments (SRE), improving telecommunications performance. Although their efficiency, the main challenge lies above the RIS optimization. In this regard, this work proposes a new quantum-based optimization method to improve RIS response in SRE. The results show a significant enhancement in the RIS performances in complex electromagnetic scenarios.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
