This paper aimed to combine strategies of HBIM for conservation and management with issues related to communication and storytelling of the material and immaterial values of the architectural heritage. The result was a knowledge-based model, intended as the cornerstone of an overall methodology capable of fully enhancing the information it contains, as well as supporting phygital experiences. The work was structured around twofold issues, phygital management of architecture and phygital storytelling, and focused on historic building for public entertainment.
