This paper presents an analysis of electromagnetic scattering characteristics of the resonant target in static case or in motion, based on the double application of the sampling representations. A fast algorithm to accelerate the computation of the scattering matrix of the target at different positions is developed. Numerical experiment results show the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Abstract

This paper presents an analysis of electromagnetic scattering characteristics of the resonant target in static case or in motion, based on the double application of the sampling representations.
