Building causal maps in the intellectual capital domain: A methodological perspective

The chapter analyzes the different methodologies for visualizing the intellectual capital value creation process, i.e. how the different intellectual capital components interact among them and with the other organizational resources. The chapter has the ambition to provide methodological support to scholars and practictioners engaged with intangibles and, more in general, with the mapping and visualisation of organizational value creation process for managerial or disclosure purposes.
