'Nanoarchitectronics' (NTX) denotes a new interdisciplinary research area at the crossroad of Electromagnetics and Nanoelectronics. This new technology will develope reconfigurable, adaptive and cognitive structures with unique physical properties, and engineering applications in the whole electromagnetic spectrum.
