In this paper the result of a wide set of measurements based on scattering parameters, performed on a novel type of reverberation chamber are presented. Two stirring actions are considered: the first one is the traditional mechanical stirring, obtained by rotating a Z-folded metallic paddle; the second technique is realized by inserting two of monopoles into the chamber's wall and subsequently varying their position, so changing the electromagnetic field configuration inside the cavity. A statistical analysis of the scattering parameters is reported, so the chamber is characterized by a wide set of parameters.

Abstract
In this paper the result of a wide set of measurements based on scattering parameters, performed on a novel type of reverberation chamber are presented. Two stirring actions are considered: the first one is the traditional mechanical stirring, obtained by rotating a Z-folded metallic paddle; the second technique is realized by inserting two of monopoles into the chamber's wall and subsequently varying their position, so changing the electromagnetic field configuration inside the cavity. A statistical analysis of the scattering parameters is reported, so the chamber is characterized by a wide set of parameters.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
