This study draws parallels between public administration in general and healthcare administration in particular and looks at how the anti-corruption policy of each of these bodies is linked to administrative reforms and organization culture. Measures to counteract corrupting phenomena must move from general to particular, taking into account the context and profile of the specific administration as far as possible.
