The authors report 1 new case of Moya-Moya disease in pediatric age. EEG documentation of the build-up and rebuild-up phenomenon at onset and after a year was found to be particularly interesting. The role of the latest neuroroadiological examinations was also assessed (MRI, MRA, SPECT) in diagnostic approach and in prognostic evaluation.
